Connecting College Students with Nature: An Evaluation Indicator System for the Implementation of Horticultural Therapy Programmes on University Campuses

This study developed an evaluation system for horticultural therapy programs on Chinese university campuses, finding that the therapy plan and natural environment are the most important factors for sustainable implementation. The resulting system of four key areas and twelve specific factors provides a valuable tool for universities to improve student well-being through effective horticultural therapy.
