    Summary

This research was aimed at understanding how nature activities can benefit young women and how to overcome challenges in getting them involved. The project involved mapping out available nature activities, working with young women to get their input, and holding focus groups with providers of these activities. The team of researchers developed plans with a group called the Research Influencer Group to move the study forward and prepared for future research by building networks and partnerships, including support from methodological and statistical experts. Ethics approval was not required because no actual research data were collected yet.

The research also focused on facilitating future studies by gathering necessary skills and support for an upcoming comprehensive project. The team has connected with various experts and organizations to support the effort, including those specialized in health economics, public health, and nature-connectedness. They have also engaged with local test sites and public health consultants to ensure well-rounded advice.
